At the end of the inspection, a quality written report will be presented to you. The report binder is sectioned into various areas breaking the home inspection into individual components. Each section is detailed and contains drawings to help you understand each area of your home. The report is based on a visual inspection by a qualified, professional inspector.

What does guaranteed mean to you?

To ACISS home inspections it means if you are not satisfied that you received a thorough inspection - YOU DO NOT PAY!

After our inspection, when we sit with you! our client to write our report, if you are not satisfied we have performed a thorough inspection you do not have to pay. We will not charge you one cent for our time on site! *

* We will discuss all findings regarding the inspection, however if you feel we have not performed a thorough inspection we will not charge you or bill you!

We will not complete the written portion of the inspection report, but only ask you for your comments on how we could improve our business in order to become better in the future.

This we believe is the finest guarantee in the industry. Some other inspectors will claim to guarantee that if something fails after their inspection they will replace it, NOTE they will always identify these older components as (could fail anytime - NO GUARANTEE)
