I hope all is well and congratulations on passing the final step in our process. This email is to confirm your meeting with Scott and Darren for Monday August 10th 2009 at 1:00 pm. Both Scott and Darren will speak with you about your shadow inspection last week and give you details as to what next steps are. At this time we will provide you with a contract for you to take home and review.

I have arranged for all four chosen inspectors to be available at this time so please let me know in advance if you will not be able to attend. This way we can try and coordinate with the others.
